Our customers are already drowning in information, so we
have tailored our "Level 2" newsletter to provide
relevant knowledge in a format that is effective and concise.
We are very selective of the information that is included.
The information must meet several criteria:
One, it must be relevant to our customer's business.
Two, it must serve to clarify information that may appear
contradictorily in the media.
Three, our newsletter items must communicate in a non-technical
manner, and properly explain, or provide reference to confusing
terms.
Since the newsletter is published every-other month, we
occasionally send news alerts to select clients as needed.
This is rare though, since the media provides more than
ample coverage of business and technology trends. Our approach
is to only send an alert when there is conflicting information
being circulated, and our constituents would benefit from
our analysis and clarification.
